This is really a good site for all Raja Hasan fan. I am never of follower of such shows. Infact i watched a show in india when he sang Allah Ke Bande. From now till then i am regularly following him. Due to work timing i dont get to see SRGMP, but thanks to site like this now i cannot miss his performance. Regardless who wins (as SRGMP has history of deserving candidate not winning), Raja Hasan is a champ and world winner already.
Raja sang “Teri Diwani” perfectly. He added his own touch to it. Not to mention, every other song he sings, he does a fantabulous job. That’s just Raja.
Raja is a Great Singer till date. You all can watch his facial expressions while singing. How dedicated he is. Really he will be the busiest singer. What a voice quality with having clarity.

Can you post some audios/videos of Raja’s other performances, if you come across any? I am really dying to hear his pure north-indian classical performances. I am a big fan of north indian classical music and Raja has shown enough glimpses of his indepth knowledge and training of it on saregamapa.

Thanks for creating this blog! The funny thing is that today, I was checking GoDaddy to see if the current domain (rajahasan.com) is sill available so I could start a fan site for Raja. Glad that someone is already managing his fan club.
Though I started watching Sa Re Ga Ma Pa just a few (2) months ago, I’ve got to say that Raja deserves the crown.
I hardly find free time to kill watching T.V. shows but he made me crazy for the SRGMP show. If Raja doesn’t make it to the final, I’ll feel pretty disappointed.
BTW, I’m a complete tech person who spends 13+ hrs/day on the net, managing too many sites, so feel free to contact me if you need any help - as far as blog/content management is concerned. I don’t need publicity so don’t really care about getting any credit.

I can’t thank you enough for creating and keeping this site up-to-date.
It is due to this site that we are able to see and listen to Raja whenever we want.
There are lot of fan sites dedicated to their stars but they mostly have static content. I know that keeping this kind of site regularly updated and they way you have integrated multiple videos in youtube clips requires a lot of work and dedication.

Dont listen to any one, u always sing from your heart, dont be bothered about the results give your best and sing from your heart have faith in yourself and GOD, he wil not let you down.
Last time, Hemachandra should have been winner but bcos of Ismail Darbars politics he lost, this time its HR who is playing that politics, he is trying to get votes for his contestant in the name of himself, u are getting votes for your performance, you should be proud about urself.

I finally completed watching the show - [:(] my heart broke today. I am happy for Aneek, but after all I am a human being and not a saint, so I am being honest I was really hoping Raja or Amanat would win but again I would like to congratulate Aneek on being declared as winner.
I can’t believe but I cried when Amanat was declared the 3rd runner up. I mean, really what’s the point of 3rd runner up? I personally felt embarrassed seeing him in 3rd position. Infact any of the 3 singers in third position is a JOKE – they are all too good and I think only the winner should have been announced – why mention who is 2nd and 3rd?
After Amanat was declared the 2nd runner up - when Akshay was about to announce the winner’s name, I heard echo in the crowd [b]”RAJA RAJA RAJA”[/b] - Despite knowing the result that Aneek was the winner, I was hoping I hear Raja’s name, ofcourse that was a wishful thinking. When Aneek’s name was declared as Winner and when Aneek said “Let’s rock” - no response from the crowd, Aneek repeated again, but no response and then like any supportive mentor, Himesh takes over and says “Jai matadi let’s rock” and finally you hear distant response.
After the winner was announced “ANEEK” - all the attention was driven towards him and ofcourse Himesh went on and on with his speech that at times really was not relevant, but Adi cut him off by saying let’s divert our attention to the first runner up, having said that I have observed over the period of time Adi has become a strong anchor and seems confident and comfortable in his position.
Coming back to Himesh, before the winner was declared, Himesh gave “Grapes are sour” speech about how Raja is a big brother then he should win. I guess deep in Himesh’s heart Raja was the winner.
I also know that had Raja won the contest, Himesh would have accepted it gracefully as he had already announced it in his earlier speech that Raja SHOULD be the winner, but as soon as Aneek was announced, Himesh started saying “Paach lakh ka contract and what not”. Himesh in his speech forgot to mention name of Bappi da, I am not sure anyone else notice it or not, again I can understand due to the excitement for Aneek.
Vishal Shekhar were really humble to call all 3 contestants on the stage and declare all three winners in their own right.
ID said nothing for Aneek or Raja, I think he was at loss of words, but come to think about it, ID has been winner in both C2005 (male contestant) and C2007 (female contestant).
Raja and Amanat both gracefully accepted Aneek’s victory. I loved the way they all shared this moment with such pleasant smile, though the pain was evident in Amanat’s eyes and Raja’s smile and why not, they are human beings too.
I loved the way Amanat presented the watch to his guru - so sweet!!
It’s great that both Aneek and Poonam were presented with the key to the car, I hope they actually get this car as in C2005, Debo got the key to the house but the last time I heard he still has not been given the actual house.
I wish the trio and the other contestants my very best and I pray that they find loads of success in life and they keep entertaining us with their melodious singing.

Your singing inspires me to come with creative siggies and banners. You will always remain in my heart as your singing has touched the core of my soul. You hold a very special place in my life and it’s my dream to one day meet you in real life and here you sing live.
Raja has made a special place in all our hearts, not just because of his voice but because his smile, his manner and his grace warmed our hearts and made us proud.
I hope he remains the Raja we have come to love.
Saregama had got a good chance of having a winner who could become a good singer for film industry (which I think has not been at better rate). It may not be public voting etc who has made this winner. Zee might have played a game here. They will always keep one guy from Eastern part of India in the final to get Eastern vote, this time they made Poonam out to keep the fight international and finally made winner (A zee bangala saregama winner) to further attract Bangla people. I mean if this is the winner then I would Rate Star Voice of India a far better show because they have at least 4 singers better than Saregamapa 2007 winner.
Raja got a good opportunity to show his talent to people from different areas and people of different interests. He proved himself without doubt and I am sure he would have pleased some music directors also. Let us see if they give real chance to Raja in future so that we would also hear much more from him. Let us wish him all the best for his career.

Yes its confirm.His childhood freind and now like a family member to Raja,Vijay Bhai has confirmed it.
but when he joind the Saregamapa challenge he was 25 and after the final he everyone said that he just turned 26 and that was in october and it is november now so how can he born on 25th December and if it is on December that means that he is still 25 years old and has not turned 26 yet.

I can honestly say that I have not been so in love with any singer/performer/actor or person in general since Sonu Nigam! I am a big fan of Sonu but since i have come to know of Raja its all changed! I work at the airport at night so when i come to work all i do for 7 hours is listen to Raja’s songs over and over again. i’m totally amazed by his talent. unfortunately i didnt follow saregamapa wen it was running cz i don’t get to watch indian shows at all. if i had known abt their concert in vancouver n if my dad hadn’t jst passed away i would have given anything to go to the concert!!!

Hi I am a ten year old kid and I live in South Korea. I have been watching Raja’s peformance from Saregamapa 2007 to Ustaadon ka Ustaad. I became a real fan of him when he sang Dard-e Disco. I wanted to write something about him before but my exams stoped me. I used to fight that Raja would win with some other Indians that Raja would win. I heard his song so much that i sung it sometimesin school to.Then one of my friend wanted to hear Raja. After he heared Raja he liked it so much,he began telling others about it.Raja’s voice is so good that even koreans like it.
