Episode Three: Day two…
Finally the night passed and the next day started. It was one of the longest nights ever where the restlessness was unbeatable. I couldn’t sleep just thinking what is going to happen tomorrow. Well, so the new day began, we waited until late afternoon for anyone to call us so we can make plans as Raja had told us that they will be busy in the morning with the interviews. Around 4 we called Harpreet to find out what was the plan. He told us that they were going to a private party at night and we were all welcome. I cannot even tell you how excited I was and how good it feels when the people you have been fan of are inviting you for their party. We went to the party but unfortunately me and Angad had to leave early.
We stayed there for about an hour and all of the singers were very nice and friendly. In fact Raja bhaiyya and Musarrat were sitting with us on our table all that time. They were like this party is so boring we don’t like to be here, we will just sit with you guys and want to leave. (I hope the host of the party is not reading this…..lol). I made my mom (who was in Pakistan at that time) talk to Raja on the phone and he was as sweet as always. It felt like he knew me for so many days and is talking to my mom just like he would talk to his. Mom told him how much I adored him and how I used to follow the shos religiously and prayed for him to win.
After some “chit chat” with all the singers we and Angad headed home as we had work the following day. Vishu and other friends joined the party later. Vishu has promised to write a detailed account of that night along with pictures as he was there for longer time.
Day three…
The third day was the best one out of all the experienced with my Raja bhaiyya because we were able to spend maximum amount of time with him. I had job in the day time so wasn’t able to talk to him anyone all days. In the evening I had college and thought “Maryam bass teri kismet mein itna hi milna tha, now back to routine”, but I guess destiny had planned something different. When me and Agnad were on our way to college, Vishu called and told us to come back we are all hanging out in the mall. We had just left and were not very far from the mall so we decided to skip class that day (btw I’m a good student and do that often but for Raja this was nothing…. J). As we reached inside the mall we saw Raja and Sumedha walking towards us. They were dancing and singing in the Macys men’s clothing section and everybody was looking like what’s going on….lol….then came the rest of the crew which included Harpreet, Aneek, and offcourse our very own Vishuu pajji J. We were getting a lot of attention from the desi crowd there and I noticed that people were going mostly to Raja to meet him though they recognized everyone else also and praised for their singing talents. We were enjoying every bit of it. We roamed around in the mall, I don’t remember any one doing any shopping, and we were just hanging out and having fun.
Then everyone said they are tired and want to go somewhere where they can sit and relax, so we opted for Angad’s house. We all headed to his house where his mom had prepared samosas, nimco, tea and a lot of other things. That was the best time we had and that was the night when Raja bhayya told about “rajahasan.com”. He said the wall paper at that time was his favorite and he loved his picture on that. I and he were in the room checking his website while Aneek and Angad were outside in the patio and the rest were in the living room telling stories to each other. You guys can imagine how the atmosphere was at that time. I was actually sitting with Raja bhaiyya casually talking to him cracking jokes as if we were best friends. Later Aneek and other joined us too and we started “orkutting”…. J
Then we all went to the living room and had tea and all the other refreshments. This day Vishu’s sister, our other aunty and some more friends had also joined us so it was really fun. Then we asked everyone to sing a song for us. I think Vishu had already posted a video of it last year where Raja sang “Kesariya balam” and “ramta jogi”. Aneek, Sumedha and Harpreet also sang one song each….
After the singing session we started asking everyone about their love shove and that was when Raja told us about his lovely wife Ayesha, how he met her and they struggled and finally got married and are happily married with each other now. It was the sweetest love story I had ever heard. Pure love I can say.
All this hungama went on till 10:00 o clock and then the promoters started calling them to come back to the hotel so they left. And that is how another fun, masti and hungama filled day ended.
Everyone was saying that my write ups were too short so I have tried to write a detailed one this time.. I hope all of you like it. Wait for my next episode of day 4…..
(I smell something burning…….hmmmm jalne ki smell aarahi hai…..lol) but at least you guys are lucky I am sharing all this with you. Der se aaye durust aaye J

dekh rahe ho ahmed bhai…ye sab abroad rehne walo ke dono haatho main laddu hai aur sir kadhai main…..na jaane kitni baar mil chuke hai raja se….aur yahan aap mumbai main rehkar bhee khaali haath hain….very bad.
aur haan maryam ye jalne ki smell mujhi se pahunch rahi hai tum tak.

Vishu is the one in the second pic in which Harpreet has his hands on his shoulder. I am sorry but i did not have and Angad’s pic as he was the one taking them,,,lol….he must be so mad at me now. I’ll ask him to e-mail me his pic with Raja so i can post it next time.

Hai Hai very nice write up Maryam. Ye episode to super duper hit hai. Pata nahi aur kitne din tumhe jalne ki smell aayegi. Kaash hum bhi itne lucky na sahi atleast ek baar dekh to paate Raja ko. Ahmed bhai try kijiye kismat achhi rahi to aap bhi apni episode yahan telecast kar sakte hai.
