Raja singing Maari Teetri in Saregamapa 2009

16 It was a jovial moment for all Raja fans as they watched merrily Raja making a grand entry on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2009 on Friday night like no less then a SUPERSTAR. He was there for the result announcement of Brahmashtra round for Rock Gharana.

It was pretty interesting to see that the entire team of Golmaal was presents with superstars like Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Tushaar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade but the main result announcement was made by one and only Raja Hasan. Golmaal team sure did enjoy Raja’s performance and were there to support the contestants of each gharana and mainly to launch the music of their movie “Golmaal Return” which is composed by Pritam.

24 Yes it was a moment of proud for Raja fans.

Raja Hasan performed beautifully on his own number “Maari Teetri” and also showed a little of his dancing skills. He was dressed well in Black suit and carried himself pretty well with a winner smile.

Congratulations Raja Fans - We reached one step more closer to success!

    I think this is the “Historical” Moment for Raja.
    He was there to anounce the results of Brmhastra round , that was the same platform from where he’d started his journey last year,and today he is there as a special guest,wow this is the most precious moment one can dream for,

    It was awesome seeing Raja on SRGMP to announce names for Bhramastra results.

    I loved the way they showed him walking entering the car and than they showed his leg only stepping off the car and the entry on the stage was SOLID YAAR :))

    The Maari teetri song is so complex in its recording - that the feel simply cannot be repoduced in a live concert - even by Raja himself. That is why one always sees the song as a lip sync version.

    They showed in the beginning of the show - Aditya said “Ek special Guest ane wala hai” (something along these lines) - than they showed the clip where they showed Raja’s back walking, than the AV they showed was of him steping out of the car (only foot showed) …. than Aditya said……thodi der me ane wala hai……

    DID ANYONE SEE THE CLIP OF RAJA THEY SHOWED BEFORE HE EVEN ENTERED ON STAGE?????

    I am just happy the way they introduced him by calling “Special Mehmaan” - and showing his walk and all…..not even the bollywood stars of GOLMAAL were given that footage :)

    Hey Guys…when Raja was responding to Aditya’s question, Himesh had a mic ready to say something…did u guys noticie? I wonder if there was any interaction between Raja and Himesh…wonder if it was editted out.

    Anyway, of late Himesh has mentioned Raja few times on SRGMP C2009 - telling the contestants that Eklavya gharana se hume ek solid singer mila tha in C2007 Raja…

    Someone Please find that clip and put it up……

    it was so obviously LIP SYNCHED… found that a bit disappointing. i would have personally preferred to see raja singing it live minus the dancing, as opposed to raja lip synching and dancing…
