Raja Hasan’s Song of My Friend Ganesha 2 Is Here!

Finally, My Friend Ganesha 2 got a release – and it does feature Raja Hasan’s song – Yaara Rooth Gaya, Dil Toot Gaya, Sab Toot gaya” in it. The big plus is that Raja Hasan himself is featured in the song, if one goes by the clips we have seen. In the video we have Raja Hasan performing the song with along with a band – very similar to how Pritam and band were showcased in the film Metro.

Unfortunately, due to more than 11 films releasing in two weeks – My Friend Ganesha 2 has got a very limited release. I can’t find any theatres outside Mumbai or Pune screening the film.

But coming back to the Raja Hasan song – his second solo release in Hindi films– and third hindi song in three months, this one is slightly unusual. Not the typical devotional kind you might expect from a film but an unusual filmy rock song. At this moment, not sure on who has composed the song, but there was talk of popular Indian band “Frequency” composing a song in the film.

If anyone can find an audio CD of the My Friend Ganesha 2 soundtrack, please update us.
