Music Tarka on Channel E24

Channel E24 started with a music show called “Music Tarka”. And what else Raja Hasan fans could ask for except for Raja of course. Yes - Raja featured in this show which lasted for about an hour.
Raja sang 4-5 lines of many songs and it was more then wonderful to listen to him.
The songs that he sang were:
• Aye mere pyare watan
• Maari Teetri
• A Rajasthani folk song
• A Punjabi folk song
• Aisa desh hai mera
• Pyar kabhi kam nahi karna
• Tu toh jaane na
• Zindagi maut na banjaye sambhalo
He came along with Harshpreet of “Junoon” fame. It was somewhat like an interview. He was looking cool in an onion colored Punjabi and white dhoti (with a shoelace – knot at the top).
Raja ne apni shaadi ki baat poochne par khoob sharmaya. Then he said, after he got married and when his parents had opposed the marriage, he rented a house right opposite to his parents house and started living there so that his Mother could ask him everyday if he ate food or not. And then his marriage was accepted by the family a little later. Phir sharmaakar kaha ki “ab woh meri family ki laadli hai”. His face was like pink rose when he was speaking of his marriage and Ayesha.
He had a blast with the show host “Tarun”
There was another surprise for Raja Hasan fans – Raja played a dafli while Harshpreet was singing. It was marvelous to see him play.
The show was full of humor and laughs and good singing. Host “Tarun” asked both the singers Raja and Harshpreet a question:
“What does Khokka mean?” Raja answered “Ek Crore”. Then Tarun asked how many zeroes are there in one crore? Yeh scene dekhne waali thi – Raja dono palm phaila kar ‘ek,do teen…’karke bachhon jaise ginti karne laga. That was such a sweet moment.
Tarun then had a small quiz between both the singers and the hilarious thing was that there was no buzzer but the singers had to make a sound like a buzzer. For example: “peeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaa” and then they had to answer the question. But everytime Harshpreet could make a buzzer sound, Raja use to answer and then use to make a buzzer sound like “peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee” later. Though most of their answers were wrong but dono ne masti khoob ki show par.
In the end, Raja turned around towards the host and said “ab mein question puch raha hu aor aap answer do”. He went on “puch raha hu, puch raha huu” bol bol ke kuch pucha hi nahi. This entire thing happened in between the telecast of top ten songs.
Tarun asked Raja, “Raja tum sharma rahe ho!!!” toh answer aaya “Nahi toh bilkul bhi nahi” but his face was red. Then he said whenever there is little nok jhok with Ayesha, he sings this song and he started singing “Pyar kabhi kam nahi karna”
I am so happy that I got a chance to see him in such a casual way for one whole hour. I just loved it. I am happier to share this review for all my friends at RajaHasan.Com who missed the show. Hope someone will be able to upload the video so that everyone can enjoy the way I enjoyed.

It is OK Aneek lost because he has won the Championship before and some one else who did not win should get a chance. Even Sanchita has won once, Meenal does not sing that well to be champion.
