We had often wondered who will be Raja’s jodidaar when Ek Se Badkar Ek was about to start. Then we took a sigh of relief when we saw Raja paired with Jasvir. We knew she is an excellent dancer but we still didn’t know how she was as a person. We are so particular and possessive about Raja and so it was natural for us to become curious about his partner as well.
But then as we started to cherish her performances and witness her sweet attitude, we saw her soon making a very special place in our hearts. Yes we do love her don’t we?
And so I thought as she reached our hearts in her own way, we must know little bit more about this fantastic Jodidaar  “Jassi”

Please read below about Jassi in her own words which happened during a chat session some time ago with her fans:

 I did cameos and featured as group dancer in films. It didn’t hamper my prospects (later) to play important roles on TV. In fact, the "extra" tag helped me".  I did Cameos for pocket money besides, music is my passion and I love dancing. And I never thought I would be doing acting in my life. No, it didn’t hamper my prospects to get good roles in TV.
When I was shooting for Kuch To Hai (Balaji production) Ekta saw me on the sets and requested Natassha (the lead) to ask me if I’d be interested in doing serials. In fact, the extra tag helped me.
No, I don’t come from a filmi Khandaan. But now both my brothers have started production for movies and serials. The elder one is Kuldeep Singh and the younger one is Vicky Singh. I have not learnt dancing. Life is amazing today. I feel great when I get mobbed. I got mobbed in a shopping mall for the first time. I was like – wow, people recognise me! It was a great feeling.
When I became an actress, my mom was very happy, as she wanted me to become an actress. I was a model and got a chance through a coordinator. It was for a film named, Hindustan Ki Kasam - my first dancing number in a movie.
Music turns me on, as I love it. The kids begging on the streets turn me off. My greatest extravagances are - a holiday in Dubai and two modified cars – Lancer, Gypsy - and one bike .
In one of the Cameo, my role was to serve Shahrukh khan soft drinks. I worked with him. He is great, so down-to-earth. He is a sweetheart.
I would like to do comedy, thriller and action roles in future.  I have received offers but not accepted any because I don’t want to do movies, as I am not comfortable in exposing. I am very happy in the TV industry. If I was not actress, I would have been a housewife.
The best compliment that I got was when Govinda had asked me once that how come I was so energetic always, and wondered that I didn’t put on weight. As for embarrassing moment, actually, I don’t get embarrassed for anything. I can embarrass others. No regrets in life. I am a very positive person. My mantra in life is “Jeeyo Aur Jeene Do (live and let live).” Defining myself in words – “Happy, energetic, positive, self confident and loving.”
What would I like to be born in next life? I would like to be born as a sweeter and more positive human being, and some one who spreads love everywhere.
My favorites: Actress – Sridevi; Actor- Shahrukh and Aftab.
Advice to Newcomers?  Keep patience and go ahead with what you want, you will achieve success.
