Tribute of the Week: Kishanraj ji
This week, Raffu profiles Kishanraj ji, a long time regular on this website and of course one of Raja Hasan’s most devoted fans.
Sarve bhavantu sukhinah | Sarve santu niraamayaah.
Sarve bhadraani pashyantu | Maakaschit duhkha bhaag bhavet.
Meaning:
Happiness be unto all, Perfect health be unto all.
May all see good in everyone, May all be free from suffering
This is one of the prayer (Sanskrit Verses) for the prosperity and welfare of humanity. There is an adage that says we will be happy only if people around us are happy. Pray for welfare to all, and you will be blessed.
I was browsing for something in Sanskrit that can compliment perfect for today’s tribute and as soon as I read the above verse, one person came to my mind and that is one dear member of this beautiful virtual family. I believe he is the person who lives by the above verse. When I saw him and came to know about what he did at the Saregamapa Concert in New Jersey last November, I was amazed and his actions touched my heart so deeply.
How many human beings do we find who would make someone else dream as part of their own dream? How many get effected when anything - good or bad happens to another person? Or how many people will set others happiness in front of their own happiness?
All I hear is how times have changed these days and how people live for their own selfish needs, how they want to be recognized and awarded even when the work that they did is not even worth the praise.
But in such a “NOT so perfect World”, it comes as a breath of fresh air to know that we do have some angels living too (fortunately not too far from where I live). He has a soft and caring heart. He does his good deeds and never expects anything in return. His love for Raja is amazing. He gets happy every time he reads any good news about Raja; he gets sad when he sees injustice being done to his favorite singer. He prays for his well being, for his success and dreams that Raja be the number one singer of Bollywood. He is none other then our dear Kishanraj Ji.
Yes friends you have guessed it right, today’s tribute is to our Kishanraj Ji. It is my honor to write this tribute for this awesome man. Kishanraj Ji just like our Shashi Ji has been supporting Raja from day one. He has been encouraging and motivating him and has been dreaming big for Raja.
I am going to write two incidents about Kishanraj Ji and those who do not know him; you can see what an awesome soul he is. Like I said before, “like Raja, like fans”!!
Please have a look at this picture alongside: That is our sweet Kishanraj Ji, enjoying Raja’s performance, encouraging, motivating him and letting the world know that he is proud to support Raja and his Raja is the best! All through the concert, I saw him standing with the poster dancing and walking right in the front row. His banner was clearly visible from back. I am sure even Raja must have noticed it many times.
A question - how many men would you find who would support a new comer this way? Remember one thing though - I am not talking about teenagers - I am talking about Men. But as they say when you love someone then there is no bar for anything - age, religion, region, caste or creed nothing matters - your heart rules. Period!!
Kishanraj Ji has an awesome heart which sees no such barriers that could stop him from doing what his heart makes him do. He does raise his opinion sweetly and puts it in gentle words. He gives honest advices and suggestions that can help Raja in his career. He truly is concerned and waiting with baited breath to see Raja on top.
I am going to tell you another incident that happened on SRGMP concert night. Kishanraj Ji had VVIP tickets and also had a backstage pass with him. He himself is a big fan of Raja and went to the concert only for Raja. He easily could have gone back stage and met Raja. But he thought, he anyway is enjoying his performance from the first row and he must help some less privileged fan who wants to meet Raja and so he gave away his backstage pass to another fan that wished and desired to meet Raja. When I came to know about this, I was thinking if I would do the same? My heart repeatedly said only one thing and that was “No”. Only an angel can do such things and I am only a human being. Then I realized what an awesome soul he is that he placed someone else happiness in front of his own. That too he gave away his pass to a total stranger whom he never met or knew. Yes only angels do that! (I wish I knew he was giving away that pass in time to reach him and get it for myself 
But no problem, as they say there is always a next time so if there is a next time then I surely will be looking everywhere for Kishanraj Ji. 
)
Kishanraj Ji everyday religiously opens RajaHasan.com site, a number of times and keeps up with all the updates and news for Raja. He prays for his well being. He is among the first to write an encouraging note for any member of this virtual family in times of need. He showers his love and blessings. We really are very fortunate to have him in our lives. Long live Kishanraj Ji!! Amen!!
Kishanraj Ji, Bhagwaan aapko lambi umar de. Aapki har tammanna, aarzoo puri ho. Aapki zindagi mein dherr saari khushiya aaye aor aap hamesha haste rahe aor hamare saath aapka anmol pyar baatte rahe. Kishanraj Ji aapke liye hamare dil mein joh izzat aor jagah hai woh koi nahi le sakta.

Kishanraj Ji you deserve every bit of praise and adulation and much more than that.
I remember those days in the aftermath of all the saregamapa emotion charged and most dishonest finale days and how committed you were to see justice rendered to our raja and how cheated you fellt just like me and all of us here but the what is most amazing about ypu kishanraj ji is that you actually spared no efforts to register our protest and to reaffirm raja’s massive fan following and popularity overseas so very effectively. All the pains you took Kishanraj Ji, I remember having been moved and having felt so proud of your contribution.
And the fact that you also feel raja’s music straight into your heart the way we all do and how well you put it across, i remember all that as well.
and you did all this in spite of your busy schedule merely out of sheer rock hard conviction. I salute that.

One rather interesting bit about Kishanraj ji was during the NJ concert.
Kishanraj ji was in the VVIP section with the “Raja Raja” banner being continuously displayed - even during Aneek’s performance. His family members told him - You are not behaving like a VIP.
And he answered back - I don’t care - Raja needs all my support!

sahshi ji ki tarah main kishanraj ji ko bhi nahi jaanti thi but after reading your article meray dil main un k liye bahut bahut respect I hai.
Kishanraj ji hum sab raja ko bahut pyaar karytay hain.Magar yahan per anay k baad kabhi kabhi feel hota hai k aap logon main say kuch log mujh say kahin zyaada raja ko pyaar kartay hain.
RAFFU ji nay jo incident likha hai us ko parnay k baad to main soch main hi par gai main to aisa kabhi nahi karti.Agar mujhay raja say milnay ka chance milla hota to main to kissi ki bhi na sunti.
Aap nay aisa kia is ki wajah yahi hai k aap raja k bahut baray fan hain or 1 bahut achay insaan hain.
Hamara RAJA bahut khush kismat hai k us k liye aap jaisay fans hain.
