Tips on Promoting Maari Teetri!

Congratulations Friends - finally our Raja’s first commercial song has been released in the album “De Taali” and ofcourse it is time for us to celebrate but at the same time it is time for us to work harder. 
Mhaari Teetri is indeed an awesome song and Raja did full justice to the big break that he got by our favorite music director duo - “Vishal - Shekhar”
I remember Vishal saying once that the song is awesome and Raja sang it so beautifully, now the rest of the work will depend on us - “the Raja FANS” to make it big.
So since the album is out in the market, and the hard work that is put for composing, singing, promoting and distributing is all done, it is our turn now to work harder to make it a super duper hit..
What are we waiting for?
Here are few tips - it is time my friends to use all the favors that anybody owe you, its time to put some resources and do whatever you need to in your capabilities to make sure our Raja’s song is a super hit.
I started my work - and this is what I did. I called my local desi radio station and requested for the song Mhaari Teetri but since they didn’t had the music for De Taali yet; I have mailed a CD of De Taali to them yesterday.
As they say, everything is fair in love and war so I have taken orders for De Taali CD from all my friends. First time in my life, I have put a condition in front of my friends that if they are my friends and want to continue with my friendship then they MUST buy the CD of De Taali. 
So far I succeeded in getting order for 16 CD’s and will continue blackmailing other friends. Also I am going away for the coming long weekend with a group of 20 friends and as I am the host, so have organized some games, and have made sure to give CD’s of De Taali as prize to the winners of respective games.
Well Friends you don’t have to go to my crazy extend but here is something that you definitely can do … please read below:
- Visit music websites that carry De Taali music and give as many hits as possible specially to “Mhaari Teetri” page!
- Listen to song “Mhaari Teetri” on those sites continuously even though you have the original CD with you. We really need to show our craze for the song.
- Give full ratings to the song - all five stars * * * * *
- Write great reviews on as many sites as possible for Mhaari Teetri and Raja.
- Request for the song on your local radio AM/FM Desi stations non stop.
- Play “Mhaari Teetri” song in your car specially when driving with new or old friends or family and let them shake their heads with the tune
- If you are partying, then make sure to play “Mhaari Teetri” a number of times and make your friends and family dance to it.
- Sign on to your Orkut profiles, Facebooks and whatever you have and attach a link of the audio “Mhaari Teetri” and send it to your entire group of contacts.
Remember, the more people get to hear, the more popular the song gets, and the more popular the song gets, the more the craving will be for our one and only RAJA!!

Raffu simply fabalous ideas. You are true fan and i feel you must be a great friend to all your buddies. I am also doing something on similar lines, composers must be forced by our efforts to take Raja in their movies, a couple of hits and inshallah he will be there where he deserves to be in. when is the album mannat realeasing raja sang about 3 songs in that album
One more suggestion …..can someone post the entire lyrics …and publicise the lyrics too ….I think tune is catchy …but lyrics may not appeal to many …..if we can post and publicise lyrics then …people can really sing and hum this all the time!
