It seems the small screen is becoming important for all the leading stars of the entertainment industry. Everybody is getting involved in one way or another. Either as a contestant or judge or guest or performer. This is the reason why Raja Hasan is a household name in India. 1. Comments from the great singers on the show:

“We will share our musical journey. People who haven’t seen our live concerts can now sit at home, relax and watch us perform,” says singer Sunidhi Chauhan.

Among the various reality shows running on television, this is a musical show. It is like a concert with one difference that it will be on television. There will be interaction with the public and the songs will also be improvised,” says Sukhwinder Singh.

These music professionals definitely do not consider the current spree of talent hunts to be the ideal way of reaching the top.

“When I came six-seven years ago, there were no talent hunts. However, nowadays even if you have lost in the show but you have cried, you manage to get good work,” says Kailash Kher.

  2. More comments:

“This is an out and out musical show — very real and natural. No crying, no sms voting and no yudh (fights). So this show is going to be relaxing for the audience,” Sukhwinder Singh said.

Sunidhi Chauhan however found slotting the songs difficult. “I have sung most of my popular songs and also some which are not mine,” she added.

“I thoroughly enjoyed being on the show. We shot for a day, which went by so fast,” the singer continued.

Echoing similar sentiments, Kailash Kher said “Earlier people knew the singers only by their songs. Singers were behind the scenes but now that has changed. And it is all because of these shows. I am very happy to be part of this musical treat.”

  3. i have seen live shows (on tv) by Rahat FAK, Sunidhi, Shankar
….and seemed to me that they are not as good in live performances…in fact sunidhi was lip-synching whenever she picked her own songs. But there they were trying to rock the audience. Hopefully, here they sing sincerely.
