Dil Se Dil Tak - A Meeting Point

RaffuChakkar finds nothing wrong in Raja’s accepting the host’s role in the Saregamapa Middle East Pakistan show. Here’s her point on why Raja probably made the correct choice.

Recently a lot of commotion is seen in Raja fans as they are confused if this anchoring will do good or bad for Raja. Here is my take on this new episode in Raja’s life. I believe whether the crowd or the viewership is large or small shouldn’t matter for a good talent - a good talent always gets recognized and so should be the case with our Raja. He should and God Willingly, he will put his best efforts that will make media give good coverage about his awesome anchoring and I am confident that he will win many more hearts!

I don’t know why my friends here are scared that he might loose offers or should have stayed back in Mumbai trying to get offers? I believe pretty opposite to all these thoughts.

I think Raja is Raja, where ever he will go, he will pull the crowd and will win hearts, make new fans, friends and tons of diwanis.

I believe if a person does his job well, it really doesn’t matter who is watching him, news will spread and everyone in the world would want to watch him and that will increase his demand. Plus lets not forget one important fact that we login to this website everyday where as we are miles apart from each other. We are in different corners of the world but our interaction with each other is only increasing day by day and how excitedly we share any news we come across of Raja - the urge to share the news with this family is nothing less then brilliant. With Middle East and Pakistan SRGMP shows coming up, we sure want to hear something new about Raja in his new role and want to know what he is up to and how things are shaping up in his life and who can get all this news better then the people who will be witnessing for two and half months? So hopefully our friends living in Middle East and Pakistan will share all the news and scoops with us along with YouTube videos. Amen!

What I see is, we are not even in Dubai but that did not stop us from reading what the Middle East news paper had written about the show which makes me wonder how come the viewership is less? Any news, article, show or episode which has Raja in it, is only going to increase the viewership. I am pretty sure when some of our cool friends will upload SRGMP Middle east / Pakistan videos on YouTube that should surely attract Raja fans and non Raja fans to watching them and creating traffic and also making new fans. God Willingly everyone will be in all praise for this awesome guy and I also believe that words that flow by mouth reach very far especially when they are on their way to win hearts. I am sure SRGMP for Middle East and Pakistan will only make many more new fans by manifold and our Raja is going to be in so much demand that Zee would want Raja to host US, Europe and maybe India too. We already know what Sonu Nigam and Shaan benefitted by hosting and how successful they are right now in their careers so this itself should clear any doubts or fears that are in our mind and should only make us feel positive.

Sometimes when we fear, we don’t see things clearly and so we have ignored another very important fact about this show. Why are we forgetting that in all these shows there will be many music and film personalities who come as guests and that itself will be a good exposure for Raja. I feel instead of being in Mumbai and trying to contact music directors and others for offers, its always better that he meet them on sets and interact, show his charming personality, his work, his skills - this opportunity will be more then awesome. Now Raja is not a participant anymore but an anchor so the communication will be lot more with all these guests then he would have had as a participant. Probably as a participant he may have been restricted to his approach but here as an anchor there should not be any restrictions. If Raja could bag 7-9 offers as a participant then think what he can do as an anchor? I am sure God Willingly he will bag many offers during this show. Amen!

I always loved Raja’s attitude and that brings me more and more closely to him. I loved the way he DOES NOT act on impulse. He deals with a cool head. A lot of times when something goes wrong, we act so harshly that we spoil the rest of the things which might have been lined up. We spoil relationships acting on anger and impulse. Thinking twice before you speak or act always helps a person in long run.

What Zee did? Why they did? And how bad they are? Or to what extent can they be horrible? All these questions are meaningless. My dad always said that things look different when you look at them from another perspective. Now if we have to see Zee’s plus points then we do know that Zee have huge massive contacts and viewership and this calls for a saying which goes “paani mein rahkar, magar se bair nahi rakhte”. A smart person is one who would sort the things in such a way that will make the magar change its attitude and also beneficial towards his or her career. And I am so glad that our Raja does not speak a word which would bring his image down or spoil his relationship with the big shots. It’s all because of Raja’s attitude and talent that we see a change in heart or attitude from Zee. We see how they are projecting him as a winner and how much focus and respect he gets these days from media. Well it’s true that this would not have happened if he was not talented but there are many people with great talent but not lucky enough to get an opportunity or a platform or some have bad attitudes or their families have bad attitudes which won’t help them. One of my teachers, “a trainer” always said that you must deal with important things like your girlfriend, always handle with care. Raja sure knows how to handle things in his life with care.

Now about Zee, even though people curse or love the channel but still will be watching their shows, and nothing is better then being in the lime light as they say out of sight is out of mind. And so I welcome this move by Raja for anchoring Middle East and Pakistan Sa Re Ga Ma Pa show. I hope and pray that this turns out to be a better experience in gaining name and fame and bring plenty of projects for him. I hope every phase of Raja gives him a better and better response and take him to the heights which he totally deserves. To be the NUMBER ONE in Bollywood!!

Let’s wish him positively and support him the way like we have from his day one. If Raja needs anyone in every step of his life then it is his FANS and their good wishes!! And WE ARE always going to be with him!! Amen!

Update: It seems there will be a curtain raiser of the Saregamapa Middle east Pakistan 2008 show on Zee TV in UAE at 7.30 p.m. (local time). The official site mentions “Zee TV” - I am not sure if this is the regular channel or the Middle East version.
