Why is this Raja Hasan fan site a bit different…
Many people think this is Raja Hasan’s website. They are actually missing the point. Let me make it clear - it isn’t exactly Raja Hasan’s website.
This is a website of Raja Hasan’s fans. And there lies the difference between other celebrity websites and this one. The difference is subtle, but significant.
This website is the voice of Raja Hasan fans. It is a website which provides a platform for Raja’s fans to voice their opinion. It is a place where Raja fans put forward their appreciation and love for Raja as a singer, as a person. And if the need arises, the odd criticism too. Unlike most other celebrity websites, this site is not a mouthpiece for the celebrity himself or herself. And this is why RajaHasan.com and its forums has managed to unite all Raja fans under one roof.
And one reason why you might not have noted the difference is that - just because Raja has never done anything to displease his fans. He is one person who knows that it is his fans are the ones who have made him what he is today. And that attitude of his will continue into the future as well.
Coming back to RajaHasan.com, there are a few who say that this is a website of selfish people. And they are correct. We Raja fans are selfish. Our selfishness lies in the fact that we would like to hear more and more of the mesmeric Raja voice. We would like to see Raja reach the top bracket of singers - so that we can hear him more often - singing the best of compositions. Our selfishness lies in the fact that we would like to see more people in this world who have the kind of humility that Raja possesses. Of course we are selfish.
And then there are people who say we are biased. Yes, we are biased towards Raja’s interests. We are biased as parents would be for their own children, as biased as kids would be towards their siblings or parents. And as biased as one would be towards one he or she loves. Of course we are biased.
And finally, a little bit of comparison. There is no other celebrity fan website that is so alive with its updates in this country. And I am not talking about just Saregamapa related sites or singer websites. Try a search on the net and find a website of any celebrity - whether he a Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan or a MS Dhoni - and see if it is as prompt in updates as this one is.
Allow me to blow my own trumpet for a change. Running this website requires a big effort. It requires dedication. People contributing to this website have sacrificed their social lives, their livelihood. Members in the forums put in so much time to keep this site alive. And they do that even by giving their work and studies lesser priority. And all this, because we are perhaps selfish - we are perhaps greedy to see Raja at the top. It’s amazing to see that members of this website put in so much of effort. Forget monetary gains, we Raja fans, don’t even expect a simple thank you message. And we’ll continue our unflinching support for Raja, as long as we can.
And yet, there are few who still complain, backbite, mislead. And that hurts.
Now, I think we need to bug Raffu to give us our prizes. Raffu, are you there????...

Hello RHB and Jugal,
Thank you for giving us this website - like I mentioned in one of my earlier comments - this is a home for a lot of us - we feel safe, secure and like to come back here always. You have kept this site so clean and safe that I have become a member in the forum and I have never before done anything like this my life and I don’t think I ever will either. I like the way this website operates, the kind of people who come here and also the way everyone treats not only Raja but also each other - it’s the biggest achievement to have this — to keep the site so clean and give us all the latest news on Raja - no other site has this and the ones that I visited which had information on Raja, I no longer visit because of the rudeness, the bad language, the insensitivity for other people’s feeling and so many other reason.
I just wanted you all to know that I truly appreciate all that you do and thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.
There will always be petty minded people - I feel we should ignore them and continue with the good work that we can do. After all, that’s all we can really do in this world - do the best that we can and try to focus on the good things that we get out of doing what we can - even though it is tough to do that when things do not go as we expect them to.
RHB I am really moved by your article. You are really a class apart. You write from your heart.
All you guys Raja’s fans have become like my family. I feel at home here. I know how much effort it takes to keep this site updated and clean. And it is really sad that few people do not undersatnd this. it’s a shame there are still people who mislead and backbite. please don’t be bothered by them. hopefully, they’ll eventually understand our intentions.
i really wish people paid more attention to intentions while reading the words. so many times things are misinterpreted just because people fail to see the intentions behind the words.

Someone of your stature and your calibre does not need to owe anybody any explanation. I don’t know who is saying what or what kind of mud slinging has forced you to give explanations but honestly if anyone could indulge in such lowly activities, they certainly don’t deserve even an iota of explanation and they certainly have no right to make you feel bad even for a second leave alone make you feel hurt enough to proffer explanations.
You know how much we all hold you in esteem and how much we all appreciate the effort that Jugal is putting in along with you for keeping this site always full of interesting posts.
And the kind of people you guys have managed to get together under this platform speaks volumes. Each and every member here is so refined and so profound and we have such high class talented people like DoReMiFaSo and such wonderful people like sweny, raffu my souten, mmao, sudha my friend, simran and so on and so forth, it’s purely amazing and you make us come here again and again just to share our common interests our common passion our common love. This is an amazing site and as so many have already said, we all feel so comfortable and at home here- I have never encountered any other forum that has such closely bonded members. We are like family here, we are different from other sites and we are proud of it and proud of you for everything you have done for us.
It is not worth bothering about those who do not see this place and your efforts in the right light. There will always be such people, but the majority of us are not like that and we shouldn’t be unduly bothered by them.
We are not only Raja fans now RHB, we are your fans too. And that means you must have done things right. You need not justify yourself to people who cannot appreciate your efforts. (:

I really felt most personally aggrieved. Don’t know why. Maybe because have seen so many stages in her life.
Such a waste and what a nerve to actually target her and succeed. I was hoping that she would be safe because of her sheer importance politically and globally speaking. This is going to have repercussions far and wide. It’s so scary the spread of fundamentalism. The murky role played by the ISI, America, etc etc the list is endless. And to think that nuclear weapons are a hair’s breadth away from such arms!!!!!
Unless some high powers were involved this would not have been possible, such a breach of security!!!

My routine is this from the day Raja sang Allah ke Bande.Only 3-4 hours sleep and sometimes no sleep too.First fighting people and now lifting the spirits of Raja fans and keeping it high.
thanks jugal. me too 3 - 4 max max hours of sleep and during peak raja time no sleep at all. furious voting and writing in his favour on the rediff site, etc etc trying to convince fence sitters. lost out on some very important clients because was late with submissions etc
