We should concentrate on telling people and visitors of this site what makes Raja stand out from others. Rang-de-basanti from Raja was backed by Vishal and Shekhar and I must say - the trio rocked. Easily, the best ever live performance I have seen of the song. To manage a song, specifically composed for Daler Mehendi is no easy task. And yet Rajas singing was delightful.

Vishal put things aptly - ek hota hai technical perfection. Ek hota hai dil ka perfection. Public decide kare unhe kya

Truly an awesome performance by Raja. He didnt display any nerves inspite of knowing that HR & ID would go after him & that VS were not there to back him. Loved the fact that Adnan praised him to the hilt.Best part was when he told that he liked Saiyyan better than Hare Rama. Way to go Raja. And when VS came on to the stage Raja just took off. Rang de Basanti was his best performance to date.Not an easy song to sing at all.Many have tried & failed. Adnan gave him a standing ovation. Love u Adnan. Also loved VS for backing all the contestants & staying on the stage with them.Thats the way to behave guys with dignity & impartiality.After these r just young boys trying to make a life out of something they love.They support & encouragement not brickbats & snide remarks.

Honestly, dil par haath rakho aur kaho, who moves you. It’s Raja. He’s a combination of several x-factors. He has got a presence of voice/performance/honesty. There are thousands of trained singers who can sing technically perfect, but they lack the magical rendition of Raja Hasan.

Aneek is a sureela singer but his voice is still immature and needs time for development. Besides, he sounds like a third carbon copy of Sonu Nigam. Also, his mentor is the biggest irritant on the face of this earth. My God! The moment he opens his mouth I feel like saying ‘Shut up, you ignorant and arrogant Mr. Irritant. Aneek! Pray to God ‘agle janam mein mohey Reshamiya na deejiyo! He has turned you into a bufoon.

Amanat is a decent singer. He really deserves to be number two. He always touches my heart by his singing and innocence. His mentor too is not bad but he doesn’t know what to say except ‘Opperwala and maalik’. Besides, for some strange reasons, he has lost his credibility by becoming a chamcha of the ‘Irritant’.

Raja Hasan is simply magic!

Vote for Raja- the most large-hearted and magical singer of Saregama.

I am a Mussarat fan, but I felt really bad that neither Amanat nor Raja could win the show. I personally didn’t like Aneek from day one as his voice sounds too ordinary for me. No offence to aneek fans that is just my personal opinion but I do agree that he is a good singer.

May be it is good for Amanat and Raja that they didn’t win this show. I think the one who wins these reality shows with public voting, I feel they lose more than win. Because, public who voted for Amanat and Raja they can never like Aneek, they somewhat hate him now. So, there is a majority of the population in India and overseas who are not happy that Aneek has won. Whereas with Amanat and Raja, this isn’t the case, they haven’t broken anyone’s heart so they have only gained by not winning this show as there are no haters for these guys. End of the day this is what matters that people across the world are all with you. So, it has only increased their chances to succeed ultimately in life, whereas in Aneek’s case I feel since he is a winner of the show there are many people who are angry, unhappy, hurt and they would never want to see Aneek again.

So, Amanat and Raja have all the doors open for them, there are no haters, they haven’t disappointed or angered anyone. Everyone is happy with them, all the people are with them. That’s what it matters end of the day and they are the real winners of this reality show.

History also shows that the winners of these shows like Abhijit Sawant, Debojit, Sandeep Acharya (do you even know these names, they won Indian Idol II) are nowhere but people like Shreya Ghosal, Kunal Ganjawala etc have made it big. Sunidhi Chauhan after winning meri awaz suno became successful because there was no public voting and judges decided the winner.

SRGMP 2007 was my first series of its kind and Raja Hasan left a deep impact on me, just like into many others heart ,who love him and respect him.
He was cheerful , he was kind and just before anyone could realise, he easily walked into our hearts.

Raja Hasan is a great singer , undoubtedly, but more importantly he is a good soul, and that is why we are blindly in love with him.
When ever he performs, the fans listen to him and look at him without even blinking, such is an impact of Raja Hasan.

I am a Surgeon and I live out side India , so it is really difficult to keep track of all the episodes of SRGMP.
All my friends said I was crazy and I have lost my mind.
Not many doctors out side India can follow the reality tv shows due to a very tight schedule and unavailability of television coverage but thanks to internet , not only did I managed to see all of Raja’s performances but also record them

His Piya Haji Ali was like my morning mantra while driving to work and Vandemataram was like a happy home coming greetings after a hard days theatre.

So those were my reasons to love him……..until accidently I saw the Ek se Badhkar ek episode of 26th July couple of hours ago………..

I never imagined that Raja would show dissatisfaction on something on the show.
His comments had reflection of frustration, grudge and arrogance…..

What ever may be the cause , there was no reason to be rude and arrogant because it is not only his singing but his spirituality that makes him a hero.

His down to earth attitude rattled and glitter of the heart of gold faded big time when he said ….Hum Raja hai , Raja the aur Raja rahenge………..

Raja, I wish this message reaches you and to your fans because I want you to know why we all love you so much….we love you as a singer and as a person.
Arrogance is the last thing to be admired.It might have its moments but eventualy it bites the dust.

Get well soon Raja because I seriously adore you for your simplicity , kindness and magnamous nature.

I discovered him when i was watching a video of Teri Deewani. I think he needs some support as well….he was very good he has much more dirversity than the other kids…but dont get me wrong they were all great….tremendous talent…..SRGMP rocks!!!!!!!!!!!
